I am having sooooooo much fun doing this.

My dad and I have the best time trying to get a steal  :)

Then, I use my passion for colors and recycling 

to upgrade old furniture into something fresh and new

Universal Studios .... Here we come!

We have an upcoming family vacation to Florida!

Of course, we plan to spend some time in Disney World and Universal Studios.

A few years ago, while in Universal Studios, we bought the kids Thing 1, Thing 2, Thing 3, and Thing 4 t shirts. They have been featured in many family photos and the kids LOVED them :)

So, when I saw a free pattern for Thing 1 and Thing 2 hats on one of my favorite crafting sites, Repeat Crafter Me, I had to make them hats!!! They will be perfect for our upcoming Universal trip.
These are 4 different sizes with 4 different "Thing" patches. I hope to load the patterns for these if I can ever get the time :) Feel free to contact me if you would like me to make these for your family.

Strawberry Fun!!!

My latest creation - a strawberry hat!!! My girl friend asked me if I could make on of these for her daughter. It turned out so cute that I just had to share!!! I'm working on making a pattern for it :)

Repeating Myself

I hate to repeat myself but it seems my owl cell phone/wallet pouches are quiet the eye catcher.

While I have been out shopping for the holidays, I have been repeatedly stopped and asked about what I'm "wearing" around my neck.

It also makes  a great "secret" wallet when you are shopping amongst the crowds.
